The farm entered a fifth-dimension of floral reality today. The Little Flower School from Brooklyn came arm-laden with buckets and pitchers and created wild explosions of colour and smell on the knoll.

With the aim to embrace each season and bounty, Saipua and Nicolette guided a dozen or so people through the workshop, prodding stems in to vases overlooking the Riesling and Sylvaner fields.

Samin Nosrat was on hand in the kitchen serving up pea-shoot frittata, and we were reminded by our eyes, noses and mouths that spring was truly here.
