DINNER at the HACIENDA with ANDY BARAGHANI // SONOMA
Andy Baraghani will join us at the Hacienda to celebrate the release of the SVS Summer Allocation and his new book, The Cook You Want to Be. Kelly Mariani and Andy will collaborate on the three-course dinner, taking inspiration from the SCRIBE summer garden and Andy’s book. We’ll be pouring the new releases of the Summer Allocation to pair along. The evening will be hosted in the Hacienda Courtyard with communal seating. GUEST CHEF in RESIDENCE with JESS DAMUCK // SONOMA
Join us to welcome our friend Jess Damuck to the Hacienda where she’ll collaborate on the week’s menu, taking inspiration from the SCRIBE garden, and her recently released cookbook, Salad Freak. Join us for a collaborative dinner with our friends at Octavia to celebrate the release of the SVS Summer Allocation. Chefs Melissa Perello and Kelly Mariani have designed a five course menu they’ll cook together to highlight our new wine releases. Proceeds will benefit Sonoma’s La Luz. Travel with SCRIBE’s Kelly Mariani on a deep dive into the food and wine of Piedmont, Italy this September. Kelly lived and studied at the Slow Food University in Pollenzo and is passionate about the region.
