We’re thrilled to reunite with our friends, and former Hacienda-Chefs-in-Residence, Ari Kolender of Found Oyster in Los Angeles, and Brooks Reitz of Leon’s Oyster Shop in Charleston, for a summer gathering at Calistoga’s idyllic Solage property. Ari and Brooks, friends from back in their early restaurant days in Charleston, have crafted an inspired menu of raw bar towers and passed seafood canapés, and we’ll be sharing the wines of the SVS summer release, including the return of the White Pressed Pinot Noir. HACIENDA HIGH TEA with VIOLET CAKES // SONOMA, CA
Join us for a special week of Hacienda High Tea tastings, with a menu designed by our friend Claire Ptak of London’s Violet Cakes. Claire will craft a menu of tea sandwiches and pastries, alongside seasonal summer dishes highlighted by the fresh produce from the SCRIBE garden. SCRIBE NIGHT at PARKSIDE // STINSON BEACH, CA
Join us for our (fifth!) annual summer dinner with our friends Maxine and John Gilbert at their Stinson Beach institution, Parkside Café. Maxine will set a long table and John and friends will play jazz for a communal meal of local oysters, seasonal vegetables and freshly caught fish from the nearby water, to share alongside the wines of the SVS Summer Allocation. HARVEST DINNER at the HACIENDA // SONOMA, CA
Join us at the Hacienda for a dinner in the courtyard to toast the 2026 harvest season! The evening will begin with passed canapés enjoyed during golden hour on the Hacienda steps to take in the last views of the grapes on the vine, followed by a lively dinner with communal tables in the courtyard. Join us for a table at L.A.’s new, and ever popular, neighborhood restaurant, Hermon’s. Adam Mariani and Matt Ahern will be sharing a special SCRIBE wine list, including the just-released 2025 White Pressed Pinot Noir, paired with Hermon’s standout bistro fare.
