SCRIBE welcomes Gabriela Camara, restaurateur and chef of the renowned Mexican seafood restaurant Contramar in Mexico City and Cala in San Francisco, as Chef-in-Residence to celebrate her newly released cookbook My Mexico City Kitchen. Gabi will be at the Hacienda Sunday, May 12th and we’ll be featuring dishes from her book to celebrate Mother’s Day, paired alongside the wine lineup.
