We’re thrilled to reunite with our friends, and former Hacienda-Chefs-in-Residence, Ari Kolender of Found Oyster in Los Angeles, and Brooks Reitz of Leon’s Oyster Shop in Charleston, for a summer gathering at Calistoga’s idyllic Solage property. Ari and Brooks, friends from back in their early restaurant days in Charleston, have crafted an inspired menu of raw bar towers and passed seafood canapés, and we’ll be sharing the wines of the SVS summer release, including the return of the White Pressed Pinot Noir.
