We’re headed back to Austin to toast the release of the 2025 Nouveau of Pinot Noir with our friends at Rosie’s Wine Bar! The Nouveau will be available by the bottle and glass all night, paired with a celebratory French-inspired prix fixe menu, created by Chefs April Bloomfield and Chelsea Fadda. Join Andrew Mariani for an elegant evening at The Marigold Club in Houston. Chef Austin Waiter and Master Sommelier June Rodil, have crafted an exceptional four-course tasting menu, complementing the wines of the SVS fall release. NOUVEAU NIGHT at VALLEY BAR + BOTTLE // SONOMA, CA

Meet us on the Plaza in Sonoma as we take part in our community’s own celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau and our toast to the 2025 harvest! We’ll be pouring the 2025 Nouveau of Pinot Noir at Valley, alongside local friends and producers, as well as Valley’s own selection of Nouveau (freshly arrived from France), paired with their bistro-inspired bites. Be among the first in Texas to taste the 2025 vintage as we celebrate Nouveau Night at Cullum’s Attaboy! Matt Ahern will have a special selection of new fall release wines, including the 2025 Nouveau of Pinot Noir, to pair with Chef Christo Cullum’s new dinner menu of French bistro favorites served in a warm Americana counter setting.
