Terms of Service

Upon joining the Scribe Viticultural Society, you will receive the current seasonal allocation. There is no membership fee to join the SVS, and accounts are billed quarterly with the release of each allocation.

The cost of allocations will vary each quarter based on the retail value of the wines included. Tax and shipping costs vary by club level and destination.

You must be 21 years or older to join the SVS. An adult signature is required upon delivery of club allocations. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address or the states of Mississippi or Utah. 

Should your shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the rate charged to SCRIBE by the carrier. If there has been an error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.

Shipments can be picked up at the winery prior to each quarter’s scheduled deadline for pick up requests by calling 707.939.1858 or emailing [email protected]. 

Members commit to receiving a minimum of two consecutive SVS allocations. Your membership is ongoing and will automatically renew each quarter until you submit a written or verbal cancellation request to our team.
