Harvest 2021 has begun on the estate and to
celebrate we’ve put together a lineup of SCRIBE
Estate Chardonnay, Estate Pinot Noir, St. Laurent,
and a back-vintage cellar selection of Skin Fermented Chardonnay.

We picked verdant basil from the farm and used garlic
that has been drying in the Hacienda cellar to make fresh
Pesto Genovese with a mortar and pestle. We’ll include
wine tasting notes and the recipe with this pack.

The Hacienda playlist has been updated for you to enjoy
while cooking and drinking wine at home.
