Celebrating the Winter 2026 SVS Allocation
It was a thrill to see our SVS members on the road, enjoying the newest vintage of the Estate RosĂ© and the rest of the wines of the winter release. Thank you to all who joined, and looking forward to what the spring holds!Â
SVS Hacienda Dinner & Chef in Residence with Rory’s Place, Sonoma, CA
Sisters Rory and Meave McAuliffe graced us with some sunshine – and fresh citrus! – from Ojai for their week on the farm. SVS members enjoyed the Saturday evening dinner at the Hacienda, where Kelly and Meave collaborated on a menu to highlight the best that winter in California brings, featuring Liberty Farms Duck Confit, a family-style Pasta al Limone, and the perfect Ojai Citrus Tart for dessert – all paired exceptionally with the 2025 Estate RosĂ© of Pinot Noir.Â
SVS Coastal California RosĂ© Tour at Clark’s Oyster Bar:
Menlo Park, Malibu, Montecito
Andrew hit the road for our first “SCRIBE Tour de Clark’s” to visit members down the California Coast. The first stop was Menlo Park, where our South Bay-based SVS members set the tone, (and packed the restaurant!), to taste the 2025 Rosé with Clark’s raw bar favorites. Then on to Malibu, where old and new SVS members mingled and enjoyed Clark’s warm vibes. The tour ended at Clark’s charming Montecito location, where members sipped Rosé outside while enjoying lobster and uni pulled directly from the Pacific just beyond. Santé!
SVS Night at Andros Taverna, Chicago, IL
The winter SVS tour concluded in Chicago, where members were treated to a special Sunday evening dinner with our friends Chef Doug Psaltis and Hsing Chen from Andros Taverna and 3-star Michelin Chef Kostas Papathanasiou. The two chefs created a multi-course menu celebrating their Greek heritage, including lamb that had recently grazed on the SCRIBE Farm, paired with the wines of the winter SVS release, including the newly released 2022 Sparkling Pinot Noir. Adam even brought fresh botanicals from the farm that found their way in a welcome cocktail for members!
