Celebrating the Spring 2026 SVS Allocation

June 4, 2026

We’re so grateful to the SVS for joining us far and wide to celebrate the wines of the Spring SVS release – including our first ever full weekend SVS get-away! Some incredible Summer SVS celebrations are in the works, and we can’t wait to share them with you next month.

Chef-in-Residence with Mélanie Masarin, Sonoma, CA

Hacienda Chef-in-Residence Mélanie Masarin joined us for a week of coastal European cooking on the farm. She mingled with SVS members, sharing stories and recipes from her newly released cookbook, Riviera, which draws upon her French upbringing.

SVS Weekend on the Puget Sound with Captain Whidbey, Whidbey Island, WA

The SVS enjoyed unseasonably warm weather, exceptional food, and the wines of the SVS Spring for our first-ever SVS weekend away at Captain Whidbey. Kelly Mariani and Joshua McFadden collaborated on a full weekend of meals that highlighted the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, while our Wine Captain extraordinaire, Matt Ahern, kept the wine flowing well into the evenings.

SVS Brunch at the Charter Oak, St. Helena, CA

North Bay SVS members joined us for a leisurely spring brunch at The Charter Oak in St. Helena. Our friend, Chef Christopher Kostow, and his team paired the wines of the SVS Spring release with a decadent menu featuring stuffed morels, grilled octopus, bavette, and their acclaimed housemade bread.

SVS Night at Bufon, New York City, NY

Our New York SVS members rounded out the seasonal events with a perfect late-spring evening at Bufon on the Lower East Side. Newly opened by our friends from the West Village wine bar, Demo, Bufon’s New York-meets-Paris spin on seasonal classics paired well with the new spring releases, including the 2025 Estate Sylvaner and the 2024 Estate Hillside Pinot Noir.
